In order to secure a place in our custom order book, we simply ask for a deposit that will be deducted from the total of your final purchase. Only one deposit is needed no matter how many items you might request as part of your custom order.
Once purchased, please leave comprehensive notes in the comments section below detailing your requirements or email us at hello@thefeltingtree.co.uk with your ideas.
We will then send you a quote for your custom product(s) (minus the deposit already paid) and create a personalised digital invoice for you to pay the remaining amount plus shipping. We will email you this personalised invoice so please ensure you add us to the safe senders list within your email.
